Role and Responsibilities Of the Strategic Plan Committee
- Facilitate the development of Strategic and Operational plan.
- Support the Champions and the process by attending meetings.
- Critique (without criticizing), the process and the results.
- Be available for Goal Champion positions.
- Be available for membership on the Action Plan Coordinating Subcommittee.
