Early Outreach Programs
Under the Age of 18 Students
The purpose of the Early Outreach Programs Department is to provide assistance and facilitate the underage students' experience as they start their educational journey at SCC.
Achieving a College Education Program (ACE) ![]()
A Scholarship based program where students are accepted based on the ACE criteria. Accepted students take Scottsdale Community College (SCC) courses and are mentored for two-years while completing high school. (Click here for more information)
Junior ACE (Achieving a College Education) Program

The Junior ACE Program is a new collaborative venture between SCC and the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) elementary students; beginning with 5th and 6th grader. (Click here for more information)
High School/Concurrent Enrollment Program ![]()
Full-time high school students take courses on the SCC campus or in the evening at designated high schools. Appropriate placement tests must be taken and forms completed before enrolling in any SCC course. (Click here for more information)
Home School Student Program ![]()
Home schooled students are able to take courses at SCC. Appropriate placement tests must be taken and forms completed before enrolling in any SCC course. (Click here for more information)
