• Series 12 Restaurant

Series 6 licenses are restricted…this means that no new licenses are issued so if you are opening a bar it will be necessary to purchase a license from someone that currently owns one.  By the way, the current offering price for a series 6 license in Maricopa is nearing $100,000. Series 12, restaurant licenses, are not restricted so if you want to open a restaurant an application is usually all that is necessary.
