Registration

Registration:
1. Download an Application Form and a Reference Form. Submit completed application by April 6, 2009 to: Jen Sydow, SC-125, 480.423.6724
3. Complete interview.
4. Once accepted, make program payment by April 24, 2009.
** If a student cancels after May 1, 2009, a refund is only available for the tuition cost and registration fee.
5. Attend the mandatory orientation that will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 (9am-1pm).
