Need some help?  Here are a few clues:
 
  • This species is named after the wife of the Austrian Count of Rivoli.
  • It's an important pollinator of ocotillo, chuparosa, penstamens, and other desert plants.
  • The male has a brilliant read throat and forehead.

It's an Anna's Hummingbird (Calypte anna)!
It's portrayed here feeding on Red Penstamen flowers (Penstamen microphylla).
