Computer and Instructional Technology Services

IT HelpDesk
Our SCC HelpDesk provides faculty, staff, and students with a primary point of contact so that access to college-supported technology services and the technical assistance essential to effectively use these services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.  You can contact the HelpDesk with your technology and media questions and needs at:

Blackboard 24/7 Hot Line
Contact the toll-free number day or night with issues related to Blackboard UserID or password reset and using Blackboard features and functions.  Call (888) 994-4433 or go to www.maricopa.edu/blackboard/ and click on Faculty/Staff Resources, or call the SCC HelpDesk at (480) 423-6274 and select option 1.

Media Center
The Media Center offers complete campus-wide delivery of audiovisual equipment.  Special projects and services such as video & slide production are also available.
