Computer and Instructional Technology Services
The IT Department strives to keep administration, faculty, and staff up-to-date on all aspects of changing technology. The main areas in which the IT team provides service and support are: the HelpDesk; Media Center; Open Computer Lab; Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology; network management and administration; computer operations; web development; technology maintenance and repair, Blackboard Course Management, Instructional Design and Development; and computer training and education. IT HelpDesk
Our SCC HelpDesk provides faculty, staff, and students with a primary point of contact so that access to college-supported technology services and the technical assistance essential to effectively use these services are provided in an efficient and effective manner. Blackboard 24/7 Hot Line
Contact the toll-free number day or night with issues related to Blackboard UserID or password reset and using Blackboard features and functions. Call (888) 994-4433 or go to www.maricopa.edu/blackboard/ and click on Faculty/Staff Resources, or call the SCC HelpDesk at (480) 423-6274 and select option 1.

Media Center
The Media Center offers complete campus-wide delivery of audiovisual equipment. Special projects and services such as video & slide production are also available.
