Body Sculpt- combines low-impact aerobic moves with low-weight strength training.
Bones-n-Balance- Designed to facilitate both balance and strength training. Will use a variety of equipment, step, balls and BOSU as well as free weights and resistive tubing to work both upper and lower body strength, stability and balance.
Bootcamp- A challenging cardiovascular interval training class with lots of agility and power moves. This class has high impact components and is not recommended for all populations.
Box Conditioning- Learn basic punching and kicking techniques (great for the thighs and hips) combined with cardiovascular fitness. 
Calisthenics Plus- Work on flexibility, strength, speed and endurance! This method of training uses both large and small motor movements connected with agility and balance.
Fitness 101- This class will provide a variety of formats to work all the major muscles. Workouts will include circuit training, stability balls, medicine balls, elastic tubing, dumbbell weights, balance equipment, and other exercises based on participant’s ability.
Flex and Stretch- This class is designed to increase the range of motion in all your major muscle groups and will utilize balls, straps and other equipment to enhance flexibility.
Gentle Yoga-This is a beginning yoga class for those who have always wanted to try. Basic Yoga postures, offering modifications for those with physical limitations.
Hoop Fitness - A no-impact class that will build core strength, tone the body, reduce stress & clear the mind. Join us in remembering the hula hoop.
Instructor’s Choice- A combination of strength training based on instructor’s choice that day.
Low Impact: Great cardiovascular workout incorporating basic movement patterns, grapevines, shuffles and marches. Low & high intensity with power options.
Muscle Confusion: Intermediate level class designed to build upper & lower body strength, balance, agility & core stability by mixing, strength, core work & power moves using a wide variety of equipment to challenge your body and confuse your muscles. Not for beginners.
Pilates -Utilizes exercises that build body awareness and core strength. Create a strong and agile body while learning correct breathing techniques.
SilverSneakers ® ROM-Chair assisted classes designed to build mobility, strength agility and balance as well as improve daily functional skills. All levels.
SilverSneakers ® Silver Circuit-This class builds off of level 1 and is designed to increase cardiorespiritory fitness, strength, agility, balance and flexibility.
Silver Sneakers® – Yoga Stretch – This gentle yoga is a beginning level, chair based class.
Spin –An indoor cycling class done in a group setting. Great aerobic and anaerobic training.
Spin Mix – Hybrid class designed for cardiovascular fitness and total body conditioning.
Spin/Pilates –End your spin class with pilates exercises.
Step/Circuit/Conditioning - Great cardiovascular workout incorporating basic movement patterns, grapevines, shuffles and marches utilizing the step. Conditioning will use equipment to increase strength.Circuit combines brief periods of high intensity stepping with low intensity recovery periods utilizing free weights and resistance devices.
Tai Chi-Graceful Chinese exercise, builds strength, agility, balance and reduces stress.
TBC – Total Body Conditioning-toning/sculpting utilizes weights, body bars,and much more.
Yoga Basics/Fitness–Learn correct yoga technique building systemic strength & flexibility.
Yoga Flow- Learn correct yoga technique with great systemic strength, flexibility and power moves. Practice poses such as sun salutations, downward dog and other yoga poses.
Zumba/Gold–Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance, featuring salsa, meringue, cumbia and samba combined with aerobic/fitness interval training. This class offers a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps designed to tone the whole body. 
Zumba Tone – Created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercise will be sure to improve overall performance and re-define your body!
