This version is for use in Hybrid courses, which blend face-to-face instruction with Internet instruction and in fully Online courses. Internet content usually includes significant course materials, discussion capabilities, as well as other supplemental resources. Blackboard "Quick Start" Course Template
& Account Access
These Blackboard course templates are just waiting for you to dive in and explore all that they have to offer. They provide you with the opportunity to "quick start" your course using the Blackboard course management system. This information, and the examples, have been used successfully by many faculty members. The folders in which much of this information is contained are "hidden" from the students' view. They are only visible to you, as the instructor. When you are finished using the materials you want from the folders, you can leave them (still hidden) or delete them. Using these "Quick Start" templates can save you valuable time, while still providing you with total freedom in your course design:
